	Zachary Prensky
	Zachary Prensky is the founder and Managing Director of Little Bear Investments. Before entering the investment arena, Zachary spent 18 months as the CFO of a Brooklyn-based catering firm, and before that he developed a proprietary enterprise software package for shoe importers. Zachary went on to build his first investment firm in 1997, Zackfoot Investments, and completed a number of private placements for emerging growth companies, three of which went on to successful public offerings. Zachary has sat on the boards of Register.com (Nasdaq: RCOM) and GoAmerica (Nasdaq: GOAM), as well as several private companies over the years. From 1999 to 2003 Zachary served as Managing Director of Wellfleet Partners, a merchant investment bank in New York City. 	Jeffrey Mann
	Jeffrey Mann, Esq., is the Executive Vice President, Secretary and Corporate Counsel of Little Bear Investments. He began his legal career at Kaye Scholer, L.L.P. where he was an associate in the Corporate Department. Mr. Mann has worked on numerous complex legal transactions including private equity, bridge financings, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers and securities transactions. Mr. Mann also served as the Corporate Counsel for Aluminium.com, a former online marketplace for non-ferrous metals, and Wellfleet Partners, Inc., a boutique merchant bank. Mr. Mann has served on creditor committees in various bankruptcy proceedings, has been involved in liquidation and restructuring matters and complex litigation issues. Cathryn Dwyre

Cathryn Dwyre, the V.P. of Operations for Little Bear Investments, graduated from Colgate University with a dual degree in philosophy and geology. Most recently, Cathryn was responsible for establishing the human resources function of Register.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCOM), which she joined in 1998, guided through its successful IPO in 2000 and stewarded its growth to its present 250 employees. Prior to her time at Register.com, Cathryn dealt in rare books and performed geological mapping for the United States Geology Survey. She brings expertise in equity and cash compensation, human resource strategy, general management, acquisition integration, and design and brand management.
