NEW YORK, Feb. 6 /Businesswire/ -- Little Bear Investments LLC ("Little Bear", or the "Company") announced today that it has changed its name from
Zackfoot Investments LLC. Formerly the Company was known for investments in mainly privately held companies with a slant towards New York-area
technology businesses.
Going forward, Little Bear will focus on the tremendous value available in the public markets since the market's swoon in early 2000. The Company
will look to acquire minority or majority stakes of companies valued by the markets at a discount to the target company's cash, marketable securities and
historical low multiple to cash flow.
